You may change or cancel your order if it hasn't been processed. Simply call Customer Service at 1.888.809.0748. Please note: most orders are processed to PetSupplies' warehouse within 30 minutes of being placed. Once the order has been processed to the warehouse PetSupplies cannot make any modifications to the order or cancel an order
