How Do I Return a YELLOOW Product If It Was a Gift?

All products must have the original order number to be returned. YELLOOW is happy to help find the order number for products received as a gift. Contact YELLOOW customer support for assistance by emailing info@yelloow.com. YELLOOW will need the name and/or email address of the person you received the gift from. If the product is returned within 90 days of original purchase, YELLOOW is happy to process an exchange or issue you store credit towards a different product.
