How Will I Receive My Refund?

Within 90 days of purchase, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

After 90 days of purchase, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchandise card. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
