Missing Item Or Sample From My Order, What Should I Do?

Space NK is very sorry if something has been missed from your order.

  • If the missing item is on your invoice and you’ve been charged then you’ll need to Contact Space NK as soon as possible. Please note that if you have placed a large order it may be shipped in two shipments.
  • If the item is not included on your invoice or it does not state that it will follow shortly, then it is possible that the item is delayed or currently out of stock. Please Contact Space NK and they can always check the status of your order.

Missing sample

  • If you’re missing one or two of your samples. It doesn’t happen very often however, samples can go out of stock even if you’ve added them to your basket.

Space NK reserve the right to substitute samples or withdraw this service at any time.
