It's easy. Hover over your name in the upper-right corner of the page and click on the Settings section of your account profile. Then scroll down to My Credit Cards. You can add a new credit card, delete an old card or change any of your card information in a snap.

You can return or exchange eligible items up to 14 days from the date your order was delivered as long as products are in resalable condition. OpenSky credits have expiration dates, which represent Eastern Time. You can always check the expiration date of your credits by mousing over the sale tag icon near your account settings at the top right hand corner of your top navigation. However we run credit events all the time, so keep your eye open for the next time we run a credit event to be sure to use up your available credits.
You'll receive an email from OpenSky letting you know that your order has shipped. It will include the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and tracking number of your package. The time it takes for a package to ship can vary widely depending on the merchant and type of product. You can check the order status and anticipated ship time by going to the Orders section of your account profile. If it's been a while and you haven't heard anything about your order, contact OpenSky and they will be happy to help you find the status of your order.
When you Boost, it activates a Product Performance chart on the Dashboard of your Merchant Toolkit. You'll see a line graph that depicts your store's daily Boost checkout rate. The rate is calculated by dividing Boost orders by Boost views for that day. To give those numbers context, the chart features a red line that shows the average checkout rate across the entire OpenSky marketplace for that day. The chart lets know how your listings compare: if you’re seeing a lot of red dots, review and adjust your listings (e.g., add more compelling images, check your descriptions for missing/misleading/confusing information, lower your pricing, etc.).
OpenSky can't guarantee that you will. The OpenSky system tailors emails for each shopper, based mainly on shopping and browsing history. That means everyone sees different products. However, when your products do appear in OpenSky emails, you should see an uptick in views, which should translate to more sales.
If that happens, please contact their Customer Support Team with the order number and item(s) returned.
They will then process the shopper's refund if the merchandise is in resalable condition.
