• Can I Change My Shipping Method?

  Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping method after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the Acer fulfillment facility when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.

• What is Acer's Return Policy for Software Purchase?

  Acer will not accept return and/or exchanges on purchased software. All accepted SOFTWARE ORDERS ARE FINAL, NON-CANCELABLE, AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Has My Order Shipped?

  It may take 1-2 business days to process an order. If you have an account set up with Acer Store, you can look up your order and see the shipping status from your account.

• When Will My Credit Appear On My Credit Card?

  Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive the product or your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).

• How Do I Get My Tracking Number?

  You will receive a confirmation email with shipping tracking number included.
