What Do I Do With Faulty Items?

In the event that the goods are in any way faulty or there is an issue with your order, you MUST contact SinglePrice within 48 hours after you have received your parcel so that they can resolve the issue.

Having informed SinglePrice by email within 48 hours of your dissatisfaction, SinglePrice will take action on your query. It is your responsibility to ensure that the faulty goods are returned to SinglePrice within 5 working days.  

Unfortunately, SinglePrice is not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and SinglePrice will happily process a refund for you.
