Very few orders are cancelled. The most common reason for cancellation is that we ran out of stock before processing your order.

Please contact Crocs Australia within 7 working days from the day you receive your order. Specify the defects and attach a picture of the shoes. Note that the shoes need to be unworn and with all the tags attached.
