What Does "Final Sale" Mean?

Final Sale means that the product you purchased may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Can I Return My Item If the Color Doesn't Look Quite Right to Me Vs. What I See On Drop It MODERN's Website?

Unfortunately all computer screens register color differently and Drop It MODERN cannot guarantee color. Drop It MODERN can guarantee that Drop It MODERN will print and ship you the file as listed in your invoice, but slight variances in color output and tones are to be expected.

Also, the professional photography on Drop It MODERN's site is subject to variances in color due to type of film, white balance, natural light settings etc. All wallpaper, drapery, fabric by the yard and wedding blanket items are FINAL SALE ITEMS and unfortunately Drop It MODERN cannot accept any returns or refunds due to color discrepancies.

Does Drop It MODERN Accept Returns?

All of Drop It MODERN's products are made to order and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please note, your order with Drop It MODERN will not be eligible for a chargeback seeing as all Drop It MODERN's products are made to order. As a part of Drop It MODERN's return policy, please keep in mind that all customers are required to manually agreed and accepted the terms of our return and exchange policy upon checkout by clicking the "Terms & Conditions" & "Return Policay," check box regarding protocol for all returns and exchanges on all of our products, and also guarantees us approval in chargeback situations.

How Can I Guarantee the Color Tone Of the Products I Am Purchasing?

Please note that all monitors register color differently. Drop It MODERN will ship the color and style of product as stated on order invoice. All of Drop It MODERN's products are made to order; therefore, all sales are final. Unfortunately Drop It MODERN cannot accept returns based on color tone discrepancies. If you have concerns regarding color Drop It MODERN highly recommends ordering a sample prior to placing an order or working with our interior design team in placing a custom color order (which is an entirely free service!)

If I Ordered Multiple Items, Will All My Items Ship Together?

It depends on what was ordered. Shipping lead-times vary between products. You will receive a tracking number for each item once it has shipped.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order from Drop It MODERN?

It is Drop It MODERN's priority to deliver your order in a timely manner. All product lead-times are indicated in the product description.  If you need something rushed please e-mail us at info@dropitmodern.com and Drop It MODERNDrop It MODERN will do their best to work with your timeline.

If I Place an Order, When Will I Be Charged?

All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. If an item is on backorder you will still be charged in full at the time the order is placed and the ship date will be indicated in the product title.
